I just wanted to thank you for all the work you have done at Auburn Heights Apartments, now Called Alder Landing Apartments. They have turned this property around with Landscaping, painting and new roofs. This property is now looking very nice. Also Ashlee and maintenance supervisor has been really nice since The Neiders Company took over on July 2016. I would recommend the Neiders Company to anyone and have referred my church friends to this community.

I CAN RELATE I AM DEALING WITH THE SAME BS. I HAVE BEEN FOR LONG TIME. OUT STAYED 2 PREVIOUS OWNERS AND THE BUTT HOLE MANAGEMENT. WHEN THE SECOND OWNER IT STARTED GOING STRAIGHT TO HELL FROM THERE. MOST OF THE TENANTS WERE TOTAL BUTT HOLES. THE OWNER IS NOTHING BUT A MONEY GRABBING BUTT HOLE. THE PLACE HELL HAS GONE THREW SO MANY MANGERS , AND MOST TENANTS ARE BUTT HOLES. THE CURRENT MANAGERS ARE TOTALS BITC**'S

I think your company in Albuquerque NM (Casa Del Verde) is a joke your office manager is ripping off tenants and you for her on benefit. The Large screen tv that was "supposedly" a prize to be giving away , well away it went to her home. Along with referral money us tenants were suppsed to have taken off of our rent we never saw. It is the BIGGEST disgrace of a home I have ever lived in. Not to meantion the discrimination against the tenants.I already have a call in to the Better Business Beauru and to Channel seven News. I really hope you can find a solution to this problem that I am sure you are unaware of. Everyone is afraid to say anything because it is hush hush about how to contact you.and afraid to lose their home.
