The consultation includes: ?Review land use codes and building codes pertaining to your project. ?For interior layout designs, I will measure up the floor plan of your house. ?Based on your dimensions, I will draw up the floor plan by hand or on CAD. ?I will sketch up a design plan showing a possible solution to your project. ?Forty minute meeting over Zoom. - I will discuss your questions about your project. - I will revise the design sketch to respond to your concerns. ?Recommendation of selected architect/designers/design-builders who can carry your project forward for blueprints, permits and construction. Cost is $690.00 for one floor* Cost is $990.00 for two floors* Site visit to review your house and/or plans: $490.00* *depending on scope of work. Travel charges may apply.
