Formerly known as ‘Sun Liquor Lounge’, the cocktail bar here at 607 Summit has been a staple of Seattle’s community for the past 12+ years. While the name was changed to differentiate between Sun’s distillery and the bar, everything else remains the same. Craft cocktails are what we do. New menus seasonally, but the same great vibe. We continue to be committed to using the highest quality & freshest ingredients for every drink we make.
