Wow, I have no idea who the previous reviewer is but I have been doing business with Mr. Konrad for five years. Not only does he have the best prices I have found but he knows more about the coin business than anyone else I have dealt with, hands down. And he and his wife are two of the most polite people I know, as well. I am guessing the previous reviewer is maybe a competitor who can't compete.

Tried dealing with this guy twice and both times I found the guy to be arrogant, indifferent. Must be that he depends on the the convention business, he is in the Washington State Convention Center Building, so people who don't necessarily know or care about what they are paying for stamps or coins. I woud not reccomend this business to anyone except to stay away.
