We purchased a sleeper, spending in excess of $3,000. When it was delivered, the floor was damaged. In trying to get the store to deal with repairing the damage, I had three visitations to my home to examine the damage--an employee of the store, an expert on floors (who said it was damaged and could have resulted from the delivery) and the insurance agent--who also indicated that the damage "could have" resulted from the delivery. I took pictures, sent copies through emails and I was involved in several phone calls. The damage could have been repaired by a specialist for under $100. In the end, I was cast off as a liar since the person who damaged the floor said he couldn't remember doing any damage (nothing to lose there--except his job, perhaps). In the end, I resent their lack of trust in my own statement of damage, and I really resent their taking up so much time and effort on several people's account, including my time, when they probably just don't honor any commitment to take care of delivery accidents. I won't go there again--hope my sleeper holds up!!
