When I called they said they will send somebody within 2 hr. A few minutes later somebody said he will be here within 45 minutes and 35 minutes later he was starting to check the problem of slow drain. Fixed the problem and I asked a few questions which he patiently answered and gave me few pointers to avoid the slow drain again. Very patient and very professional. Happy customer.

Our Service Techinician, Simba Douglas (#4111) was very professional. His experience and skill greatly helped to solve our clogged sewer issue in Apartment 8 very quickly. I'm the landlord and tried to clear this sewer line 3 times! He pulled out baby wipes that stuffed up the line. Thank you for the excellent service!

My experience with Roto-Rotor was Top Notch! My day started out with a delivery of a new dishwasher from Home Depot! Yay! I'd waited almost 2 weeks and paid for installation.

The installation professionals from Home Depot said they couldn't install it because the drain went through the floor instead of the cabinet (it didn't but it did go through the back of the cabinet where you couldn't see it and through another cabinet). For whatever, reason this was a no deal with Home Depot. Trying to get a Handyman Service was going to take up to 2 weeks at Christmas time--I'd already waited 2 weeks to get a replacement dishwasher!!

I called Roto Rotor and they said they'd have someone out within 24 hours. They called back in an hour and said that Marin could be there in less than 30 minutes!

Marin patched up a bad installation from the last person who had done the job, and stayed until he got the new dishwasher working!!! He was a complete professional and guided me through the process of the dishwasher replacement. The job did not go smoothly but it went well because he was willing to stay and see it through and make sure that the dishwasher was working.

I cannot say that roto rotor is the cheap solution to a dishwasher installation problem, but the job was done, it wasn't pushed to the back of the waiting list, and it was worked out even when some problems came along from the previous installation. I feel comfortable now knowing that something isn't going to cause this dishwasher to malfunction like the one recently replaced. The job was done right.

Jesse came to our house after we had called another local company who could not unclog our drain. The other company was here for an hour and a half with no success...Jesse had our clog fixed within 20 minutes! He got here fast and fixed our problem fast!
