Professional, prompt, clean..enough said!

I had Taylor and his helper Jessie out to my HOA properties today and it has been a long time since I have received customer service like this. He went above and beyond the call of duty, he took the time to explain the pricing, what work needed to be done and why, he was clean and professional. I have already had him out to 3 other properties just since Friday! Great job Puget Sound Plumbing!!!

This letter is to sing the praises of Elliott and Jalal who completed the plumbing work at the Montclair Community in Edmonds.I have been trying to get this work accomplished with other plumbing companies, to no avail since March, 2009 to repair the main water shut off valve in 13 condo units. I must mention at this time, you can imagine trying to organize and to keep residents of 35 units happy (since the water was being shut off) is a real challenge. Elliott and Jalal completed the job in two (2) days and I have had nothing but praise from all of the residents on how courteous, efficient, clean and timely that they both were. I was the focal for the task and Elliott and Jalal, both considered my time and worked hard to avoid my having to get involved with phone calls from any residents complaining that the water turned off to the entire building any later than 5pm as posted on a flyer distributed before the work was started. Elliott and Jalal, the plumbers, have won our hearts and any future work for Puget Sound Plumbing. Please, some how, express our appreciation for a job well done on behalf of myself and the residents of Montclair Condominiums. I wanted to take a moment to thank Adam and his helper Jordan. I am an elderly woman and felt like they took the time to explain everything to me, and were not in a hurry. They treated me like I was there only customer, and I really appreciate that. I thought I needed to buy a whole new toilet, and they told me I only needed to repair mine, I was so happy as I am on a limited income...thanks for the honesty guys!! They made me feel very comfortable and I would recommend them to everyone in my community.

David, I'm writing this as Elliott and Jalal (Joe) are finishing up a job for my wife and I. They have designed and built a solution to a 30 year old drainage problem we have been suffering with. They were prompt, professional and personable from the bid right on through to the execution and completion of the job. They were open to suggestions and always cordial in our discussions. Great senses of humor and great communicators, as well as great technical knowledge. Called them late on a Sunday afternoon with my bathroom filling up with water from a clogged toilet but nothing i was doing was working. Expecting an answering machine, to my surprise a nice woman answered and she had a plumber in the area. Ben arrived within 15 minutes of me getting off the phone and got me taken care of and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. I will defiantly be calling them in the future!

I called this company in a panic because my water heater exploded and there was water everywhere. The lady on the phone was very nice, understanding and she got the guys out to my house within an hour. They were quick and courteous and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Hi Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating, I am just writing to thank you for your prompt and professional response to my leaky water heater emergency on the night of the 26th. The lady who took my initial call to 206-504-1863 was very nice and reassuring during this emergency. Joseph K, who came out to remove my old defective water heater and install a new one was very good indeed. My compliments to you both. So far, the new water heater seems to be working fine, and I will let you know immediately if I encounter any problems. Joe also arranged to have Rob W come out last night to assess the situation and to place a couple dehumidifiers and a fan in the areas most affected by the water heater leak. All of those machines have been running all night and will continue to run. Having a water heater start leaking is not the most fun situation!!! So, this is just a note to thank you for your prompt and professional work last night.

I called Puget Sound Plumbing yesterday morning for a clog in my bathroom sink and a leak in my kitchen sink. They were able to get a guy out to my house within 2 hours of talking to them, the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. The technician and his helper were great. They were clean, quick and accurate. Would hire them again and have already referred others to them.

I had the opportunity to work with your company this week and was very pleased. Your field crew, namely Chris M and Chase C, were excellent at diagnosing our problems, and getting our conduits cleared and proofed. Allyson, Jessica, and the entire office staff were equally helpful, responsive, and thorough. Overall, your service and your team of employees were top notch. I will not hesitate to contact you for more work in the future.

Just want to provide feedback from service I just received. From the first call made and throughout the entire process of getting our water heater diagnosed to the actual replacement, all was first class and very professional. Kudo's go out to Stacey who was always in contact with me regarding technicians whereabouts and was very understanding to my emergency. Would call you guys again,

I had a sewer issue at my rental property. All the fixtures in my home were backing with browning water. The company dispatched Ben. It turns out that I shared the same sewer with both of my neighbors. We had multiple cracks in the line which let the roots grow in and cause back ups. It became a very complicated project.In the end, it was most affordable for us to do a combination of a sewer liner and a sewer burst. Ben was very good and communicating with all 3 neighbors so we all stayed on the same page. It took a few days for us to all decide the best route but Ben was great at providing all of the options. But him and his team were able to start the next day once we pulled the trigger.I wanted to wait a few months to post the review to ensure everything was ok. None of us have had an issue since. I did in fact hire them last month for a new shower faucet installation. They sent a different plumber, Dan, since ben was off on Sundays, but Dan was just as knowledgeable and helpful!

They do not stand behind their work, use incompetent wo In myrkers and practice scham pricing schemes. In my 35 years as a business owner I have never posted a negative review of any company before now.

Ugh, if I only read the reviews before calling Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating, I wouldn't have been their next victim. They charged me five times what I would have paid the other two companies I called for quotes after being screwed over by them. They charged a $99 dispatch fee which I assumed would go towards the service if needed (it doesn't and most other companies do put this toward the service). I needed someone right away since we were going out of town the next day but that is what they charge no matter the urgency.My heater needed a new pump, something that took them 5 minutes to determine. I am clueless as furnaces and they obviously knew this but I did question the $556 quote they gave me. Drew Clayton of PSP&H told me the pump was about $150 and the other $400 was for labor. I assumed it must be a lot of work. In the end they were done within 30 minutes and my total bill was $717! I went and looked at the pump and got the name and model number and looked it up. The cost (for me which would be much less for PSP&H since they buy wholesale and in bulk) was $35-$45, that was about 400% mark up. The $400 for 30 mins of labor means they apparently charge $800/hour for labor. I called Burien Natural Gas, who is our regular furnace people but were not able to come out that same day, and asked for a quote on a replacement pump using the part number, pump=$40 and labor $110 for the service call and install. PSP&H charged me five times what a reputable company would charge for the EXACT same quality of work.I called PSP&H and explained, very nicely and calmly, my concern and let them know I assumed it was just a mistake and they would credit me back the over charge or some of it. I had to call back every day for a week and got the run around from Drew (who at first told me he would look at and find a fair resolution) and Melissa (receptionist who kept telling me Drew would call me back). I finally got a call back tonight from Britney who explained to me that their pump (Diveritech Condensation Pump model#CP-22, check it out online $35-45) was a much higher quality then I could get online or at another company (three times nicer? - perhaps theirs is gold plated) and that their service is of such high quality ($800/hour + $99 fee to come to your door) that they would not credit me back anything because I got a fair deal (paying 5 times more than any other company). She did offer me $100 off my next service call if I would ever want to be screwed over again.Bottom line, I was an idiot and was desperate because we were leaving on vacation and needed it fixed right away and they knew it, however any reputable company would have 1) not extremely over charged and 2) fixed an extreme overcharge if they had the chance. Please use Burien Natural Gas or Evergreen Heating and Energy (who I meant to call but couldn't remember their name at the time)

We called this company to hook up a new sink and faucet. A garbage disposal was replaced and installed. The bill was over $1,500. If this isn't unscrupulous business practice then I guess it doesn't exist. Buyer be ware, nothing illegal just a big time, over the top gouger.

They do good work at a fair price, but one honest mistake, I sent a check to the wrong address and she called threatening to lien if she did not get a credit card payment NOW. I apologized and said I will immediately get another check out but she stated she could not pay her installer till my funds were received. I did pay with cc but what does that say for their warrantee

Why did I contact Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating? They stood out above all other sites because the first words on their website was "ON TIME..." Well, after being provided a window of 3pm-5pm I waited, waited, waited, missed my kid's after school sports carpools, and waited more until they finally showed up at 6:20pm. In the meantime I had had it with PSP&H and contacted Mr Rooter who showed up 45-min later and viola - it was all good. Should have called them in the first place. On top of being 1.5 hours late, the dispatch was extremely rude and I will N-E-V-E-R call them again for plumbing assistance.

Despite hours spent at my home over the course of several days, the installation of a clean out, and over $2200 in charges, they were unable to clear the roots from my line. Over the course of this time, I was lied to by their self proclaimed "president" on too many occasions to count. When my sewer backed up for the third time in a under a week, I called another plumber who routed the line properly with no additional problems to date (3+ month later.) When I decided to dispute a small portion of the charges through my credit card company, Puget Sound Plumbing responded by calling my plumber's (he was a friends who helped me out on his day off and wrote me an opinion for my credit card company) employer in an attempt to get him fired. At this point they have bullied and intimidated everyone involved to the point where we have no recourse which was the point.
