I really love the sides of mashed potato salad, slaw and the creamed corn rocks!
On to the brisket. Great bark with some yummy and fun chew. Very tender and just falls apart as you pick it up :-). The smoke ring is not to deep (wish it was). But really good flavor. The service was excellent and extremely friendly and is happy to accommodate

Really enjoyed the bbq, I believe it is the best in the Seattle area. If you have a craving for some good bbq, this is a must stop.

The food for a lack of a better word FANTASTIC. By far the best BBQ in the Pacific Northwest. Coming from Alabama we looked for a good BBQ restaurant and we found it here. The food great and the warmth that of the place felt like home. If you want a great dining experience stop off at the Pig Iron.

Best BBQ in Seattle! Original recipes & now they are open for dinner! It's a great place to meet friends for cocktails & an inexpensive meal.
