Every time I've gone to Ophelia's Bookstore in search of an obscure book she's had it. The first time I was there I described an impossible-to-find title I'd had as a child, and she just said "Oh yes, that one," and walked right to it! Only drawback is the very steep winding staircase to lower level - it's not exactly all access.
