It seems weird to me that everbody uses this review system as a negative place, if you have a problem just tell them. Oh well it seems to always be the weirdos that do this anyways. I have been shopping here for years never had a problem, my family has bought over 3 bikes here service here and parts here, I guess I am the only one who knows how to write a good review.

I don't understand all of these bad reviews, Seems like everybody uses the review process as a crying forum, I have had nothing but spectacular service as has my whole family.

Customer service sucks!! Sales rep in shorts?!! When receiving emails from the parts department and finance - they address emails as "Hello", no personal name used - which should be expected when one spends $$$$. I would not recommend this dealership!!!!
