These guys "cleaned" my boiler and flue and the guy didn't go on the roof to get the top portion so 3 weeks later the firebox and flue caught fire and burned the house and destroyed tons of our stuff. We didn't have renter's insurance and these bastards wouldn't take any responsibility and lied to the investigators. Do not hire them under any circumstance, they did a lousy, lazy job and skated because we couldn't afford a lawyer. I couldn't figure out how to give them negative stars and had to give them 1. Didn't even offer to refund the $340 I paid them. They should be out of business.

ADVERTISING SCAM: IF YOU ARE INTO ADVERTISING SCAM, THIS COMPANY IS FOR YOU. They initially quoted me a special price $125 and they will clean ALL the vents in my house, regardless of how many vent I have. Then when the guys came over, one of the guy said $125 is only basic service, which means they will hookup a big vacuum in ONE of the vent. However, the big vacuum cannot clean the dirt in all the vents and pipes. In order to clean the vent, they said they have to put in a brush to clean each vent separately, and cleaning the vent will cost an additional $60 each. Then what is the meaning of $125 with all vents cleaned regardless of the number of vent you have??? Why would I pay $125 to just hook up a big vacuum at one of the vent opening which doesn't really clean the pipes or any other vents? With just me and my baby at home, I felt pressured to purchase additional service. And guess what, it only took them less than 3 minutes to "clean" each vent and they charge $60 for each vent.

Hi i happened to get by your comment and read it ,pretty interesting because i had a guy from Kleen Rite about last past 10 Years cleaning my furnace his name is Sam although last time i called they told me that he is no longer with them,the kid was a beast when it comes to cleaning furnace he is so kind and he will explain you in details what and how is going to be done ,all around a great guy and very kind,anyway not long ago i found out that he is starting business on his own so i got his number and i called him asap i got the number and talked to Sam and yeah he told me what all went down with that Joe guy from Kleen Rite,anyways make the story short here i will recommend Sam the Owner of new company in Puget Sound Area (Sam's Power Vac 1-253-218-8947) servicing most Puget Sound !!!!

This company came to us highly recommended but two days after making the appointment they called me back because they forgot what time and day they scheduled us. I was a little put off by that but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought everyone makes a mistake, so I called and reminded them, they said they would see us next week! Well the day finally came and as I sat in my house all morning with it torn apart for easy access to the vents, they didn't show up. I called to see where they were and the man I talked to acted as if he had never talked to me and basically shrugged his shoulders and said "there is not much he can do, people make mistakes!" No apology was offered and he told me he can try to get me on the schedule but wasn't likely and suggested that I use a different company! It was as if he turned things around as if this was my fault that they don't know how to run a business. Bottom line they have great prices but not sure they are worth the call.
