Always on time and always do a great job!

We enjoy using Evergreen because the employees are so well trained and extremely thorough. It started with are annual service call from Victoria G and our actual service pro Jerome R. We really got outstanding service from both of these employees and will continue to use your company for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Jerome is very nice, knowledgeable, thorough, neat and goes above and beyond the call of duty.

They were very good from the start of our conversation to completion of the work. They didn't leave until they had tested the entire system and explained in detail what everything should provide. I am extremely happy with the installation and it works as they described. SW Dow

Excellent service!

Jason arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, then fixed the defective part and reactivated the fluid line. He then reviewed w/ me the operational features of the ductless system until I was comfortable w/ the system and the remote functions. I was extremely happy w/ his professionalism and knowledge of the system. I will use Evergreen and Jason for additional HVAC systems and maintenance.

Armando was an excellent repair and maintenance tech- He did his job well, I would recommend him to any future clients who want an honest hard worker. Great business and great workers! Thanks again Evergreen

Excellent customer service from Victoria G and Jerome R

We are very happy with what was a difficult installation of a tank-less water heater and gas furnace in a crawl-space and converting a home from 2 separate to 1 water heater and 2 separate to 1 furnace. There was much reworking of duct work that was successfully done. We have seen our energy bills almost cut in half. They were quickly responsive to fix condensation pumps that failed. But, some carpet was damaged and it took almost 2 1/2 months to get it repaired. I think it was an oversight and not deliberate. But non-the-less it required several phone calls to get cleared up. There were true to their word in the installation and repairs and we would use them again without reservation.

We where very happy with the service. Armando arrived on time and worked with the problem until it was fixed! He went above and beyond the call of duty and he saved us the cost of immediately getting a new furnace. We would highly recommend this company! We are warm and the problem is fixed on a crappy old furnace until we get the funds for a new one. YEAH ARMANDO!!!! :)

Very professional service and customer service. Rating lowered because of some problems with scheduling appointments and a surprise with the cost of service: I thought at the time of purchasing the unit that the 10-year warranty on an expensive furnace covered parts and labor. But it does not, to my surprise, and the labor is expensive.

Evergreen's crew was professional, completed the work on time, and took care to complete a quality installation that passed all inspections.

Bid was very complete with useful information. Work done in professional manner.
