I called them on Friday before a long weekend. The technician appeared less than an hour later and diagnosed the problem as a compressor. He made several phone calls to locate a new compressor for my fridge, did so, as he said he would a couple of hours later. The new compressor works fine. He tested the fridge several times before he left my home. Great service!

Our fridge stopped working on Thursday during the recent heat wave. We read positive reviews for Emerald City Appliance Repair here and decided to give them a call. Their office staff was very helpful and we booked an appointment for someone to come over the next day at noon. The technician was on time, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem and replaced the necessary part in 30 minutes. Service was excellent. Total cost for repair and service was reasonable. We will definitely call Emerald City again and would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

Had my refrigerator fixed with these guys. I made an appointment for the next day after my call. The technician arrived on time, checked the appliance and verified the problem. He was very specific naming what has to be done and how much it will cost. The same day my refrigerator was up and running. I will definitely use these guys again.
