I have been going to the Dental Dept for many years, and have been very pleased with the service there, except I have this experience that tells me they are not teaching their students the basics, like good manners and how to act professionally in the real world. I was told in August that a student would be contacting me to set up an appointment in September, well September came and went, and when I inquire about this, I was told that my name was given to a student and that she would be contacting me soon. Well I called several times to inform them them that my student did not contact me yet, I was given her name and I left her a message. I waited for a call from her, yet nothing, I was told that again and again that I should wait. Finally I was given another student. Now I find myself wondering, what are they teaching that "good manners" is not included. Why did that student at least not call to tell me that she was busy or had a full schedule or something.
