The plumber diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. We're grateful for their professionalism and would recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I were having problems with the hot water in our kitchen sink so we called in a plumber. We went to Aurora Plumbing to choose a kitchen faucet from the three the plumber had set aside for us. Joel brought out the faucets and we discussed the pros and cons of each one. My husband questioned why the plumber thought we needed a new faucet. Joel asked us what our plumbing problem involved. Once my husband explained our issue, Joel had a very easy possible solution to try before we got too deeply involved with buying more supplies (the plumber had set aside parts at another store as well) or tearing out a wall. We rushed home, followed Joel's instructions and our problem was immediately solved!
Joel saved us time, inconvenience, AND money! Although, we didn't spend any money at Aurora Plumbing that day, Joel's superior customer service guarantees we will be loyal customers of Aurora Plumbing in the future.
