My husband and I have visited many different furniture stores in search of the perfect couch. Mac was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson we met. He was patient with us, gave us space to make our decision and was quick to answer questions. Mac made our experience very enjoyable and stress free! Thank you Mac!

Buyer Beware! Avoid these two-faced crooks like the plague. Their desperate employees wear a "super nice" mask offering false claims and saying anything including misleading, untrue information just so you will purchase furniture from them. As soon as you pay, they force you to sign a receipt stating "no refunds" in tiny letters without telling you about their insane return policies. Once paid and the receipt is signed, they show their unmasked, truly evil side. They commit fraud and misrepresent their products! They never have the furniture in stock (unless you get the used up display models). It takes weeks for it to ship with tons of excuses. Once the DAMAGED AND SUBPAR furniture arrives for pickup (or ships to you), they bluntly refuse to give you your money back. When you call them, their employees hang up the phone on you. Their now not-so-nice employees blame their management in "Canada" who you can never reach. They charged us a 20% restocking fee for furniture that arrived damaged at their store that we NEVER EVEN PICKED UP upon inspection at their store. You won't get what you pay for! And all of their selections are made of very poor quality. Many, many other reviews online agree with this. Save yourself a headache. Do your research and shop anywhere but in this den of thieves.

I have NOT been to JR Furniture. I was thinking of going there to buy a living room set but after seeing these "excellent" reviews here I'm a little skeptical. There are a couple of things that caught my attention about these so called "excellent "reviews:

1) They seemed too good to be true

2) If you look at the users that have given this place five stars you will notice that they have given five stars to all the places they have rated..."ok..so what?" you might ask...well

3) All these random reviewers have given perfect reviews to the same places somewhere across Washington. What are the chances that the majority of these reviewers have been to the same car store in Spokane? or to the same tattoo place? or coffee shop? In my opinion, these are fake reviews to inflate the company's reviews. Judge for youself

My experience was great at the Tukwila location. I found the staff to be friendly and the products great for the price I paid.

JR Furniture did such a great job, nice quality and provide many choices. The showroom was very large, clean and inviting. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Product was a great price. Received about 2 weeks earlier then expected. Great experience overall.

I had a pleasant experience in your store. I was very appreciative of how helpful your sales staff was. I had previously visited another store where the sales staff was clearly not as helpful, they refused to assist me in moving the piece of furniture to my car. This was not the case at JR Furniture and thus why I opted to make my purchase at your store. Thank you!-Ami
