In being fair, he gets 2 stars because he showed up.... but late. Hard work with. Pricing wasn't that great. Results were worse. Even worse than that is his awful personality. When the job was done poorly, he didn't want to redo it. As the work wasn't to standard and he wouldn't fix it (claiming it couldn't be done), we brought in a different company (that did get it done which shows his incompetence), yet Joe wanted to be paid in full and threatened to put a lean on the property if it wasn't paid in full promptly. I think his stock-in-trade is to do crappy work and then sue people. Also, he advertises that he accepts credit card payments but doesn't and has a bad attitude when you don't pay in cash.
