Sometime that is oh so very hard to do, to take the higher road... I have also learned we have three chooses with any given situation. Accept (this does not mean you agree, but you accept=peace), resist (sleepless nights, all around no good for personal and physical health) or change it (Many methods, but first is to do no harm.)
