I wish I could give this company no stars but sadly it won't let me. Apparently my business wasn't that important to them. The owners wife is blunt and likes to make excuses and the owner himself would not call me back for weeks. All I wanted was my carpet stretched!! There was a kind older woman who sat at a desk to the side and she was very helpful but one kind person is not a saving grace for this sorry excuse for a company. Save your time and money and go to Home Depot.

Its extremely obvious that they write up great reviews for themselves while pretending to be a satisfied customer. Fascinating how someone can post a negative review, and months later come back with a 'change of heart' taking it all back. All while Deborah replies instantly to the message as if she almost wrote it herself?? Its a no-brainer folks!

These last two posts are idiotic and shocking!!! It is truly sad that just anyone can get on here and post nonsense. The one just below is EXTREMELY clever. Wow! It is SO believable that Randall would really say such a thing about his clients (who are his bread and butter) and not be able to spell his name correctly, let alone reference himself at all. Give me a break! It was by word of mouth referrals from many happy customers that I heard about Randall Lee's Flooring America in the first place. I encountered one individual who warned me that Randall Lee's was too expensive and he also added a few comments similar to what "Tom" had to say. Now, I can see a mistake being made in the figures or in ordering and so on. Nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes. Everybody does! But, I know Randall Lee's will correct it and make it right. They did it for me and were great about it! I would recommend Randall Lee's to anybody! Except for difficult, slanderous, unreasonable jerks who try to squeeze every penny out of you. Fortunately I don't know many of these people, but if I run across any I will be sure to send them to Home Depot and spare Randall and his staff from having to deal with their garbage!

You suck!

Over charged. When confronted that the sq. footage wasn't possible we received a largerefund after demanding it. I would never use this company again.

We looked at several companies, including big box stores, and were very pleased with our final decision to work with Randall Lee Flooring. We had many flooring options to choose from as well as the comfort of working with a local business. The installer, Ken, was very good and made sure that everything was to our liking.We highly recommend Randall Lee Flooring!

I must begin by negating the top review I previously put, I apologize to anyone who may have read it. I have done business with multiple flooring companies for the past couple years and I am also very busy, and am on stress reducing medication. I tend to get people mixed up easliy. I thought I was on the review page for another flooring company located in Astoria Oregon. I LOVED RANDAL LEES FLOORING! I went to them after my bad experience elsewhere. They worked with my budget, and helped me to get what I could afford which is great. I am going to return to Randall Lee's flooring for all of my flooring needs. Please accept my sincere apologies for the mix up Randall and Deb!

My wife and I make anual visits to Seaside Oregon. We always make it a point to drop by Deborah's store to see the new things. We both love how friendly the workers are there, and how hospitable Randall and Deborah are. Even though we're just a couple "strangers" they welcome us like family. Can't wait to see what new goodies they will have for us the next time we're in town!

Isabel Ross was not only a great place to shop while I was in seaside it was also a pleasant place to be, customer service was great and what I bought was affordable.As far as home decor and service I give 5 stars.Tyler

We were on a tight budget, but were able to put new floors throughout our entire home. They helped us every step of the way, from deciding which products to use, to a beautiful installation. The installers left everything spotless clean and vacuumed. Then when we were ready to put new window shades in, we went back to Randall Lee's and again had a great experience. They were so helpful, and we got just what we wanted. A Terrific local company!Would definitely use Randall Lee's again!

I recently had carpet installed by Randall Lee's and am more than satisfied. The carpet is through out most of the house and they also installed flooring in the bathrooms. The installers did an outstanding job and were most helpful in returning and rearranging furniture after the installation was complete. The cost was as quoted and payment arrangements were perfect for me. They will definitely get my business again.

We gave them an oportunity to put in our extensive vinyl flooring on our 2nd home. His bid was $2,000+ any other. We wanted to try and do business with a local provider so we asked him to re-bid. He dropped his price but still $500+ higher. We went with him because he was local.My wife then looked at carpeting. We had about 500 sq feet of area to carpet. When we got the bill it was over $4000. When questioned it owner indicated that is what it cost. Our contractor never questioned the bill and we never received a bid. The sales person knew that this was for a second home and $80+ a sq foot carpet was not what we wanted.We feel he took advantage of the fact that the contractor never asked for a bid that he could make up some nice profits for what he bid the vinyl for.We suggest that you do not do business with this company unless you get everything in writing and then see what other companies in Portland would charge for the same project.
