They lost a good customer today! They are rude and don't gurantee their products. WISER TO ORDER ONLINE FROM MANUFACTURER. I had purchased some dry shampoo the bottle became defective after 2 uses and would not spray..wanted to exchange for the same product that would spray because it was half full according to their standards they said no. We tried to get the bottle to spray it's an internal issue..Found a better place that is not rude and will work with me .I can bring products back freely even ones that my scalp reacts to ..They know I will spend money monthly on haircare and are thankful for the business ..Don't go to Seaside Perfect look not worth the rudeness!!

Called first to see if it was a busy day. Was told "we don't take reservations but, it's not busy so come on down. Walked in. Was finally acknowledged with a "did you need something"? From across the room as she kept working on customer. Other employees were in the store. Chatting. I asked for a cut. She said they were too busy. I asked about the other employees. She said they were waiting for an appointment. I asked for an appointment for the next day. They don't take appointments. Unless, you are special. I drove out to the Warrenton store and was taken care of. I lived in Seaside at the time. This was 2 years ago. I will still not go in there. Ever.
