After moving to Seaside, I was happy to find this dentist so close to my house. But I can not do business with people who overcharge and refuse to discuss a billing matter. After having my teeth cleaned the staff member said there was a strange spot that she can't figure out what it was and would like the doctor to look at it. Monte came into the room for 2 minutes and immediately said, Oh yes we talked about that spot last year, and proceeded with a weird dumb scenario of how I must not of flossed as a child but then once I realized I'm into girls then started flossing. Super odd statement that doesn't explain a stain, but I did recall that weird quote from the previous year. He leaves room and I get billed for an examination. I asked why my chart didn't have notes from the doctor looking at that spot previously for which I got billed for back then. No answer was given. I then called and spoke with the office manager. She said she'll call me back the next day after talking to the doctor about this, but she never ever called. She just simple mailed me another identical bill with no adjustments. I paid for the cleaning and then had an attorney send them a letter about the balance in dispute, and still got no response from them. I received another bill and had to pay it since I have worked so hard on getting my credit score well into the 700's. I wasn't going to jeopardize my credit over this, and my attorney would have to bill me if he proceeded with further action, so I paid the Scam Dentist Monte and moved on to search for a better practice. Oh and by the way, the spot is not a stain. It is a repair job from a previous dentist who was improving the appearance of a chipped tooth. So the product he used must be wearing away. So Monte doesn't even recognize a stain from dental work.

I went to Monte L. Baumgartner for the first time the other day and I have to say, it was so easy to schedule an appointment and get into the office.

Such an awesome Dentist. I'm always worried about the speed of the check in/out process because I'm always running around. They always get me in and out quickly.

I have super sensitive teeth so I'm sure you can imagine, but I get nervous before appointments. The hygienist and doctor remember before I even have to say anything. I truly appreciate the care that I get here.

I have been a patient for over 16 years. Our children love to go there because they make you feel so comfortable.

We love our dental Hygienist. Her dental skills as well as her personal connection with customers is great.

Several of my family members go to Dr. Baumgartner for their dentist. They are great and always work around my schedule. The staff is very personable.

They have a very friendly and inviting staff. They definitely put you at ease during your visits.

I've recommended them to a lot of people. Including my Mother, she just moved here and she absolutely loves the staff.

They always know how to keep you as comfortable as possible during each and every visit.

I can't think of anything they do wrong in terms of services that they provide. They've always been the best I've ever gone to.
