Fantastic!

Walking into The Bistro's intimate lounge one gets the feeling of a petite french bistro. On the weekend the atmosphere can be lively with conversation, wine, delicious food, and a wonderful guitarist. We learned that The Bistro has had the same owners for over 20 yrs. We started with 2 appetizers: the crabcakes which melted in our mouth with flavors of fresh crab, ginger, saké and deliciousness served over a bed of mixed greens, followed by a seasonal razor clam appetizer which was lightly breaded and cooked to perfection served with a rosemary aioli. We then shared a lovely pear-walnut and blue cheese salad, yummm! We were quite pleased with our dinners! My date had the seafood stew which was truly a gastronomical delight , and i found my scallop dish to be rich and earthy accompanied by risotto w/ truffle oil. Our wonderful food and wine made for a perfect evening! Thank you, we'll be back soon!

ps, next time we'll save room for dessert — they looked fantastic!
