John can only be described in superlatives. I first hired John nearly 9 years ago at the recommendation from a friend known for thorough research in regards to performance, reliability, cleanliness, and price. We are a military family who turned our home into a rental when we received orders for a European assignment. John was always available for service calls and willing to service our 1999 HVAC system instead of selling me a high end new system. When 1/2 of the system died he evaluated the working system and let me know it still had good years left and replaced the dead unit at a reasonable rate.

After getting a few estimates,I chose John because he was so much cheaper than the others for the same product. My heating/cooling unit was installed in 4 hours by John himself. Incredible. I've had no problems in two years and he is always accessible for my questions. The warranty is awesome also.

I needed a new furnace and wanted a second quote so I called John's H&C. He was very clear about my options, gave me quotes for all. I chose him and have been very happy with the decision. I got a better price and a better option. He did the work when he said he would, came back to check to see how it was going. I was very impressed. And he likes dogs.

I highly recommend John's Custom Heating & Cooling. My heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. He came out the same day and quickly determined what was wrong. He had to have the part shipped in and it arrived the next morning. John picked up the part and came and installed it. When I woke up (he was here early) I had heat. I am so pleased that I selected John's. To add the story - I was considering calling one of the 'national' companies and searched for reviews for that company. The only review I found recommended using John instead. I'm so glad I did. You can be sure you will get great service from an honest, reliable company if you call.

John's has been our refrigeration serviceman for several years. We recommend him highly, We use him for our business and home.

Our 20yr old furnace wouldn't turn on for some unknown reason ~ but we were able to get light the pilot. Was originally referred to another contractor by one of our neighbors, who then referred me to John's Custom Heating & Cooling because he was already backed up for a few days with other appointments. John arrived just a few hours after I had called him - he made me feel very comfortable around him right away and was very knowledgeable and friendly. John discovered that the problem with the furnace was something very simple and he didn't charge me for the visit. I will definitely be calling him in the future and will refer him to others!
