I have a contract with Universe Appliance and up to this year I have had no problems. However, in September I called to get maintenance on my system and was told that they only perform services during the summer. They refused to send someone. My husband just called them and asked to send someone because we are not getting heat in the living room and kitchen. We are afraid of the pipes freezing. We have bled the radiators several times but it does not hold the heat. I think that it could be the circulator. They refused to come until Tuesday of next week. My husband will have to take time off from work for this call....just not something that you would want to give up vacation time for.

They are the most afficient and reliable professionals. I switched to gas heat and was very satisfied with the service I had a couple of glitches in the system they were out in a flash and both Eric and his supervisor Timmie made sure they got the job done. he even called me back a few hours later to make sure I was satisfied with the way things were. Thanks to all. Well done. I am so happy I would highly recommend them to anyone. they are second to none in my book

My central Ac unit was not blowing cold air so I gave these guys a call. It was agreed over the phone that it is $120 to have a tech come out and the fee would be applied towards any repairs.

The tech took a look and said it was probably the run capacitor. He doesn't have one with him so he will have to get one from the shop. The cost for the repair would be $389 plus tax which is over $400! ARE YOU KIDDING? the capacitor is less than $20! I told him no and then went online and ordered the part for $16 plus shipping. How can you justify >$400 for 15 minutes of work replacing a $16 part? Go to HELL!
