Very informative, realtor gave me one of his pamphlets which had a $25 discount on it. He was very through with the house and gave me a booklet on how to fixes certain things in the house that one would just call a plumber to do or an a professional. Very respectful and gave me a DVDs of all problems with the house at the end of his inspection, plus we received the inspection report 7 he later.

Very informative and professional. Answered all questions and explained in detail the report. Found a problem with the roof and we are currently in contact with the owners.

Was very professional and was able to find an electrical problem that saved me $1,200 at closing.
