Awful costumer service! Wouldn't even rate a 1. Tried to find an autographed steelers poster for my dad and in the process the owner of the store noticed what we were doing, came over to us and instead of offering assistance he berated and verbally chastised us. In our estimation this is an extremely poor business practice. Hopefully this comment will be heeded.

Has small sign on counter no refunds which you wouldn't notice on your own...bad business practice
