Great noodle shop in Downtown Scranton! Favorites include pork belly shoyu, lemon shio w/ chicken katsu and poke bowls. Many great options for everyone. Drinks include local honey sodas and imported Japanese sodas and teas. Hot tea and coffee. Also serves beer, cocktails, wine and sake with happy hour during the week. Clean restaurant and great service. Open for lunch and dinner. Don't accept reservations but do offer a waitlist for you to call ahead Wait time tends to be longer on weekends.
