I'm very happy that they are accepting new patients. I have been looking for a doctor for months now. The only complaint I have is the male that answers the phone for appointments is very rude.

while you may have to wait a little longer in these doctors waiting room it's worth it. These doctors (especially Dr. Rogan) have a wonderful bedside manner & really care- which is harder & harder to find in doctors these days. I would highly recommend any doctors in this group to anyone. I truly think they're a step above the rest! These doctors truly go out of their way to make sure their patients are receiving the best possible care! When I've been really sick the office finds a way to sneak you in to see your doctor. The doctors, PA's, CRNP's, & nurses are very intelligent & go out of their way to make sure that something that they recommend or prescribe is really helping to make you better. I frequently have a healthcare professional that I saw at an appointment when I was sick call me or email me to follow-up & make sure I'm getting & if not make recommendations or have me come back into the office that day to be re-evaluated so changes can be made.

There's always a long wait time, a very busy place for its size, too small! Stuffy in there too. I called and made an appointment last week for 8am, needed to be for 8am for several personal reasons, the male who made the appointment assured me it was at 8:20 am, when I got there at 8:15 my appointment sheet said my appointment was for 9:45!!!! All the front desk did was say that the appointment was made for 9:45, the audacity! No consequences were provided to the person who made the appointment. If you decide to go to this place make sure that the appointment times are correct, call back and speak to someone else, (not the male scheduler) to confirm it. You'll still wait a while because that's how it is over there, they need a larger building. I'd recommend going to the Geisinger in Mt Pocono, I have a friend who goes there who has never had any issues and doesn't ever have to wait for long. In terms of the level of care, it's pretty good, but nothing you can't get anywhere else without having to wait forever or having incorrectly scheduled appointments!
