A couple months ago I heard of Brooklyn Pizza but had no idea where it was located. A couple weeks ago I decided to give it a try and I ordered a tray of pizza for my family to be delivered. I was told about a half hour for delivery. One hour and twenty minutes later they arrived. The delivery person was very miserable as if we put them out of their way to bring us our dinner. As I took the pizza into the kitchen for my family I opened the box and low and behold not even the pizza we ordered. At this point the kids were hungry and myself and husband were so aggravated with service that were not calling them back. As I took a bite of the pizza just as I suspected COLD! I had to heat the tray of pizza in the oven. So I paid for a service and in the end I ended up doing the service myself for my family. I will not be ordering or dining at Brooklyn Pizza in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

AWFUL. The food was terrible and so was the service. My coworkers ordered and thougt we'd take advantage of the comvenient delivery service. They said it would be 3-45 minutes. They arrived ONE HOUR AND THIRTY minutes later! My wrap was the most disgusting I have ever had in my entire existance, and to top it off they gave me the wrong tortilla. It was of course cold, but absolutely disgusting, the chicken was supposed to be buffalo but it tasted like a mildly spicy teriyaki instead. The chips were soggy too. A truly horrendous experience and definitely not worth a penny. Don't waste your time on this new business, if they keep it up they won't be around for long.
