Owner was able to assess my home and get materials to do the bat removal in a very timely manner. He also guarantees his work for 5 years. That's saying a lot!

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this business to anyone. We have been having an issue with bats in our house. We called ace to come and they said someone would arrive between 1pm to 3 pm. At 3:45pm we had not seen anyone nor heard from anyone. I called my husband to see if he had heard from them, which he had not. Someone from ace called at 3:48 pm to tell us they were going to be late and would be there sometime between 5pm and 530pm. At 6pm no one had arrived so I called the company and told them not to bother coming because we would take our business elsewhere. The man who I spoke to apologized and stated he did not know that no one never showed up, we then ended the call. About 10 minutes later, the same man called back to state that he didn't understand why we were calling to cancel the appointment, because he had just spoke to my husband "5 minutes ago". My husband had last spoke to them at 348pm and was home for about an hour and did not receive any phone calls. When I said that to the man from ace he apologized again and we ended the call. At about 630pm someone from ace showed up at my house even though we told them not to come. He said he was willing to do a free estimate because he was late. When I stated to him how late he was, his excuse was that "he could not find the house" and stated it with a smirk on his face. Not once did anyone call us to ask for directions. He spent a good 30 seconds in our attic, then stated he was going to look around the outside of the house. I watched him from an upstairs window not once circle the house but go straight to his car to write an estimate. The estimate was for $3200, and he stated if that's too much, he can do the work himself on the side. I hope someone finds this review, though lengthy, helpful and never use this company!!!!

House was vacant for months and overrun with bats, squirrels and especially mice. ACE did what they call an extrusion, basically sealing up the points of entry for critters. First they trap any critters in the house. It took them a few months to complete the job due to uncooperative weather and whatever. The owner was not the most responsive guy either. But in the end the job got done and one year later no critters.

stay away from this place. They will overcharge you. they do a bad job. The closed up our house with squirrel still in the house, so the squirrels dug a hole in the roof to get out, the roof was just 3 years old!! Stay Away!!! The hardly only showed up when they said they would, I missed several days of work for them to come check the trap, 4 of the days they told me they were coming and didnt show up, they couldnt even call to say they were falling behind. No communication. No leadership. The owner needs to hire someone to show him how to run things.



I'd do it, but I'd over charge him!

Zero stars, $1800 later, they left squirrels in the house and they pushed my shingles and facia board up to get out and they will not fix the problem without more money! Its their responsibility , they caused the damage.

I would give no stars if that was possible. I paid $1,200 to this company to resolve the squirrel problem in my house. One year later, there are still squirrels and he wants to charge me another $750. Don't get ripped off like I did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will over charge you and provide EXTREMELY poor service.
