I Personally have always had a pleasant experience with the tan factory, not only is the staff helpful but the equiptment is well maintained and ALWAYS clean!! Ive been a member for a year now and do both the beds and spray tan - their spray booth has given me the best results Ive ever seen (Ive tried it before at other salons and got terrible, blotchy color - NOT HERE) They may not be the cheapest salon around town, but you know what they say - you get what you pay for!

I BOUGHT A MYSTIC PACKAGE TANNED TWICE THE MACHINE WENT OUT OF CONTROL WOULDNT STOP MY TAN WAS SO UNEVEN,,,,WENT A COUPLE MORE TIMES WAS NOT ABLE TO TAN MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING,,,ERIN DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR HELP!!!!! I havent tanned there in over a year, heard nothing from them until a rude 3 party collection agency called me. I then called the salon located in Peoria in which I tanned, and the girl was very rude and unhelpful that answered the phone. I asked for the owner to call me back and still havent heard anything. I was NOT on a account with them, only month to month. I tanned there for ONE MONTH and was unhappy with their services and didnt return. Now they are saying I owe them for 3 months due to not coming in and cancelling... I WAS ON A MONTH TO MONTH!!!!!!! Dont go to Tan Factory... They will steal your money, report you to collections, and give horrible customer service.

ZERO Stars! Customer service at Northsight location in Scottsdale sucks and owner is dishonest. Have a ton of friends that love to tan... Will never refer anyone to Tan Factory and will be sure to bad mouth them every opportunity I get!
