SCOTTSDALE'S ONLY WEEKEND INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP)! Step up Recovery and Treatment offers an alternative to traditional work week Intensive Outpatient Programs. We know how challenging it can be to fit in groups after work. Join us Friday 6-9, Saturday 1-4 and Sunday 1-4. While attending 9 hours of group and 1 individual session weekly, we can help you get on the right path while still maintaining your other responsibilities. We believe you can re-discover who you were before your addiction through participation in both process oriented group therapy and finding the fun in sobriety. All of our staff has experience and education in the recovery field. We understand your crisis and know how important it is that you get the help you need. IOP meets 3 hours each session, 3 days a week for 8 weeks. Program also inclides 1 individual counseling session per week, family sessions as needed and an evaluation from from our Medical Director. We work with the Dually Diagnosed and can offer Medication support as needed. Because family support is so crucial to recovery we offer a Bi-weekly support group just for family members. We believe that recovery is a process and that the longer you stay connected to a recovery program the greater are your chances for success. For continued support you will join our weekly aftercare group for up to a year. We hold graduation ceremonies for all participants who complete the year program. Each week we cover a specific topics which include: • Relapse Prevention • Spirituality and Meditation • Disease Model • Codependency and Family Support • Life Coping Skills • Introduction to 12 Steps • Holistic Health • Dual Diagnosis At Step Up Recovery and Treatment we incorporate art therapy, recreational therapy, meditation and a year long aftercare program to ensure you have the skills needed to support your sobriety!
