I took in a Stihl saw I have the rope replaced. They gave it back to me in a box full of parts. They just started servicing Stihl recently and don't have the knowledge to do it successfully. They literally told me I was up $"&? Creek

I have never bothered to write a review on a store much less a repair/rental shop, but I felt that people needed to know just how awesome this place is. The customer service was quite amazing. The person who dealt with me was knowledgeable, patient and of course very helpful, not to mention very friendly. They seemed to care about my needs/repairs and not what was in my wallet. But I do have to brag about their super reasonable prices. Simply put this place is amazing. Worth the drive where ever you are. You won't be disappointed.
