THE WORST COMPANY EVER. please save yourself and DO NOT use this company. As you can see with the rest of the reviews this company should not even be in business. horrible service ridiculous fees and just an overall horrible experience.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Zero Stars Acutally!!!!

I had the interlock device in my car for a year, and if I could have taken the device out and gone with a new company I would have. Safe harbor was terrible to work with. After having the device in my car for only 3 months my started began to go out. I replaced 4 starters before I took my car back to Safe Harbor to have them reinstall a new interlock in my car because my mechanic, my boyfriend and my self realized it was from installation of the interlock device that had been causing the problems with my starter. Safe Harbor reluctantly reinstalled a new device, while in the process trying to make me look like a dumb girl that didn't know what she was talking about. I just got my device removed a day ago and discovered that evidently I was getting the device removed a day late and now owe them $90. When scheduling my removal appointment they informed as did the MVD that I was able to get it removed on a saturday, well since I work on saturdays and no one wanted to inform me that if I waited to get it removed till sunday that I would be charged $90, I went with sunday since it was more convenient for me. After discovering this I called them and after continuous back and forth arguing with the woman on the phone I got now where and am now due to pay them for a whole extra month. This company is terrible and the shop where I got it installed at Extreme Audio Design is equally as terrible! DO NOT USE SAFE HARBOR THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

What ever you do, DON'T Go with Safe Harbor they are the worst, Overpriced, consistently giving you run around to new locations, changing your appointment, ALWAYS finding new ways to charge you FEE!. Whatever you do STAY AWAY from SAFEHARBOR!!!!!

My daughter made the mistake of using this company Unsafe Harbor. After being stranded several times the vehicle had to be towed because the service techs are nowhere to be found. They then proceed to threaten her with false allegations that she tampered with their outdated equipment. Claiming they are going to notify DMV to add 6 months time to the interlock. This is how these Crooks operate making thousands of dollars off of their fabricated claims. Please Stay Away from these Crooks use a reputable company that might cost a bit more but a lot less in the long run.

This is the worst. They charged me a missed appointment fee when i didnt miss my appointment and the charge me a late fee on the 5th day when it states you will not be charged a fee until the 6th day... and of course to call to complain there is something messed up my account costed me $4.. Its all about the money and thats all just make sure you have money for this company...

So...Last Week SAFE HARBOR INTERLOCK schedules the removal of the device TODAY based on MVD dates, then Calls me TODAY to state that they made a mistake and that i can't get it removed until tomorrow. Cost for changing the appointment $50. Absolutely rediculous. Moral of this story, DON'T USE SAFE HARBOR INTERLOCK. Over the year they have cost me at least $500 more dollars in hidden fees and false readings!
