Rebound Gymnastics West is a state of the art facility with an excellent coaching staff. The gym is always clean and well organized. Class sizes are small, well run with many progressions, and the coaches are very positive and knowledgeable. RGW offers classes for all levels and includes fun activities like obstacle course and group games in addition to the gymnastics. I can't wait to see the kids perform at the Dr. Seuss themed Rec Show in May.

My daughter has been taking gymnastics here for the last several months and we've had an overall great experience and have loved her teachers. My only complaint is that the parent viewing area is not great.

We've been going here for about 2 years for rec classes. My daughter loves the classes. I like how we can shift class times easily as our kids&family schedule changes, payment is very easy. They allow make-up classes when schools are on Spring and Fall break, which is a great value and consideration for families. The special events and open gym are great - even my kids who don't take lessons enjoy going. We've had a bday party there and all the kids enjoyed it. Location and facility are really nice. Wifi in the waiting room too!

Our daughter has been going to Rebound West for over 3 years and finally we had enough and decided to pull her out. Yes, there were inconveniences of having to wait for her in a hot and uncomfortable room, no WIFI for parents trying to work while waiting, unlike other sports venue nearby (check out Scottsdale Martial Arts Academy). The front desk manager is rude and unpleasant to deal with, but we glanced over all that.

In spite of our daughter liking gymnastics very much, what made us leave was constant churn of trainers, no one knew what level our daughter should be at, what skills she had learned or was lacking. Cancelled classes because of lack of attendance and just lack of progress in the last year.

We would not recommend this school to anyone, it doesn’t have its focus on the sports, capturing and retaining good and consistent trainer personnel, not to mention customer service.

I do not reccomend anyone to s...

I do not reccomend anyone to send their children to Rebound Gymnastics West. Use any other gym in the valley but this one. Tiffany Van Dusen, who claims that she is an Elite Gymnast, has some phsycological issues and could be dengerouse for your kids. The office manager Marci is a very rude person. My daughter was doing Pre-Team gymnastics at this gym and started telling me stories how rude the coaches were. I understand that dicipline is very important for the kids, however they use extreme measures to make those kids listen. For instance, my daughter started to use the wrong leg for the excercise they were doing, they made her climb up the robe three times and do 10 push-ups. My daughter has allergies and her nose bleeds sometimes. That's how the coach reacts to this: wipe your nose and come right back to excercise. No help or compasion. When my daughter started to develope anxiety issues, I wanted to talk to Tiffany. I worried about my daughter, so I wrote her an email, there was no propmt answer, so I went to the gym, and the response from the office manager was, you need to wait until Tiffany gets back to you. Tiffany does not get back to her clients right away!! Even in the case that I had. But when it comes to money, they are all over it. They respond to this very quickly, trust me. So I entered the gym after I picked up my daughter to talk to her. They called the police on me, because I enetered the gym. On top of that, I was screamed by Tiffany: Get out of my gym!! Parents are not allowed to enter the gym, because they claim that kids could get hurt, which I understand. But in my case I could not wait, I got to talk to Tiffany, because it invloved my daughter phsycological health. By the way, parents are not allowed to watch their kids there. They are not allowed to take pictures, etc. The policy is: parents can stay at the front office for 15 min and then leave. They claim that parents are distraction for the kids during practice, because kids could get hurt. Anyway, parents be aware of this gym if you really love and care about your kids!!!!!
