I purchased a brand new dress for a fundraiser gala. I took it to Quality Alterations by Nadya to get it tailored. Nadya pinned my dress and told me the job would be $120. On the day the dress was to be ready she called me to let me know she forgot to let me know that one of the hems was an extra $100 ($220 total). Furthermore, Nadya said no work had started on the dress. I was not going to be forced into going along with her scam so I quickly picked up my dress and took it to a competitor for an emergency alteration. The competitor did the job for only $54 and did it same day.

Quality Alterations by Nadya is a scam operation that tries to double your price at the last minute leaving with no other option than to pay. While Nadya scams you she acts as rude as possible.
