Not to be trusted. When told that the contract can be cancelled at any time, don't believe it. I have written a letter, I have called twice, and I have emailed the owner - all to no avail. In fact, the owner has not bothered to contact me at all and my "contract" is still in effect and I'm still being charged for services I am no longer receiving.
