I was redoing 4 bathroom countertops in granite. I started in May 2012. Every single faucet hole was lopsided to the sink. The plumber was able to make it look OK in 3 of the 4 countertops. They came out and redrilled (extended ) the countertop holes that were off and it was still off. They offered to replace the granite and here we are at the end of July and still no replacement. On two fo the countertops the backspalsh was short of the mirror. Still no resolution to that either. In the master bath the installer was having a hard time installing the backsplash on one side. He chipped the edge in 4 places. I am very unhappy with this company. They keep promising to come back and fix the issues, make an appointment and then cancel They promise to call back the next day and never do. The sinks in the master bath were supposed to be white and the put in beige and then had to come back and replace them. I would not recommend them at all.

We used Old World Tile to remodel our kitchen and could not be more pleased. The workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were extraordinary. We would not hesitate to use Old World Tile for any further renovations.

I would like to thank Mike the owner of this company for hiring such qualified people who not only know all about granite and marble,but do such an outstand job with the installation. They are very professional and extremely neat and well organized. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and associates.Sharyl Harris
