I took a ring in to have it sized for my Mom for Christmas and was told it would be $20. I repeated this back to her to make sure it was correct, "$20?" I was assured this was the cost, however, when I went to pick up the ring, I was charged $49.+ on my CC. I would have refused, but it was a gift for my Mom. I feel mislead, deceived, and completely taken advantage of. I won't ever go here again.
