The billing office needs to thoroughly check for all payments received and post them to the patients account, or check with the insurance conmpany if payment is not expedient (the office does have all insurance information), so that double billing to the patient does not occur. My insurance paid for everything and documented me on same, yet I received a bill from the doctor, saying money was owed by me.

It has been a long time since I have been treated by a doctor and his staff on such a great level of care. I made an appointment based on my insurance provider book, and got an appointment with Dr. Manning. I really lucked out, because I actually wasn't treated like a number, I was treated like a patient that the doctor and staff wanted to help. He spent so much time with me and did a comprehensive medical background, and then off to the tests we went. His nurse and one of his back office employees also went above and beyond. It was so nice to feel like they wanted to help me, and they COMMUNICATED to me what was going on. There's nothing worse than leaving a doctor's appointment having no idea what is even going on, so I felt better just knowing they were going to help me. My follow up appointment was just as good, and even though I think I have a ways to go as far as treatment, I am thrilled with all they have done. What spurred me to write this was receiving a letter in the mail fro
