ICON Builders has produced more than 8,000 residential units since its founding in 1984. Renovation and new construction of multi-family and senior apartments are projects that ICON Builders considers to be its specialty. The company s past projects have ranged from government-assisted, low-income properties through luxury apartments. It operates in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Washington. ICON was an expansion of Bezaire Electric, a licensed electrical contractor company that was established in 1945. Founded under the leadership of Allen Sands, ICON Builders operates from an office in Scottsdale, Ariz., as well as offices in Seattle; Reno, Nev.; and San Diego, Santa Monica and Hayward, Calif.
