Management Issue

I recently visited the Hobby Lobby located in Scottsdale, AZ on Indian Bend and the 101.

Normally easy trip, very convenient and most of all friendly customer service. Do you have a new manager in place because this place is going down hill.

I could not get anyone to help me purchase a piece of furniture - they called over intercom twice and no one came. Decided not to purchase.

Second I went to purchase a seasonal item, the checkout person says not on sale - there 40% off signs on the entire aisle this item was found on. I even had a fellow customer agree with me. The assistant manager said sorry no. Decided not to purchase.

I walked out of there spending $3.00 on sample pieces of fabric - yes had to pay because that is the policy.

Might want to consider new management.
