This is not the attorney you want to hire if you get a dui in Arizona. He talks a very good game at the consultation and will gladly take your $5,500 for a retainer. Then he hires another attorney to take care of everything and will get you the standard deal. After not being informed of several court dates only finding out myself by looking them up online at the Gilbert Arizona court website did I know of some of my appearance dates. After getting offered the "standard deal" I declined and requested a statement of all expenses. After approximately 3 weeks I got a statement showing even more than the $5500 retainer. Some ridiculous fees including $75 for "consultation" with the other attorney (Mr. Steve Duncan) 6 months of delayed court dates and an offer of the standard deal that an attorney for half the price will get you and I got NOTHING! I am an out of state resident and decided to take my chances and am now "on the run" due to his incompetence.

I'm so glad I hired this attorney. Couldn't of done a better job!
