don't adopt from this establishment. They make up rules as they go along. They tell you are a great choice for an animal and then they keep looking and taking additional calls for the same animal. They were suppose to bring the animal for a home visit and see how the animal fit with our other animals. They didn't follow through or call to cancel. We had the money, paperwork and so far were a great fit for the animal and then they adopted the animal out to another family. Try telling your kids that the animal went to a different family. So sad and frustrated.
