I highly recommend this FastMed! I had a first dose observation done there for a new rx and was so pleased. The clinic is very clean and welcoming.

The process went very efficiently and Tyler was very kind, friendly, professional and accommodating. Lisa was very knowledgeable, efficient and kind as well. This was a 6 hour observation and it seemed to go very quickly because of the great atmosphere!

Even though I live in Gilbert, I would be happy to make the drive when I need their services again.

I have been to many urgent care facilities. This one was the best I have been to in 20 years. They are friendly, fast, very clean facility, very professional and great medical care. I have gone 3 times and every time it has been a great experience.

This is the worst place I ever been. My son was so sick with a fever and we had't receive his Insurance card when I called our insurance they said that he has insurance and every place should be able to look it up. Obviously only if they want to help. After we were waiting for 15 min.The lady on the front desk said that she can't look it up and the reason was that they didn't have internet. She looked at me and smiled like "what are you going to do now". People who doesn't care shouldn't be working at costumer service. This is the worst experience I ever had, and I won't be back. Don't go there at all.

The other reviewer is harsh and he has every reason to be. These guys are clueless. Simple questions about what insurance they take and the cost of services relative to those normal people of have a deductible they had no clue how to answer. Thankfully I asked before I went, there are several other urgent care places in the area and I would post the names but I am guessing they would not accept this post if I did. Steer clear if you have any care as to what your visit will cost.

THEY LIED AND RIPPED ME OFF!!!...

THEY LIED AND RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!!

I was on vacation in Scottsdale and I had a choice of waiting until I got home or going to urgent care. So I called FastMed and asked if they took Aetna and what the charge would be. They told me that for Aetna, there is a copay for urgent care of $50.

So I went there - the office was clean and empty and the staff seemed nice. They took my insurance card and made a copy. After the visit I asked if I should pay the copay and they said they would bill me.

About a month later I got a bill for $143.06!!! I called Aetna and Aetna told me the bill counts towards my deductible, and there is a copay AFTER my deductible (of $10,000!) is met.

I called FastMed back and their response was this: you are the patient and it is your responsibility to know what the bill is, not ours. THEN WHY DID THEY TELL ME IT WHEN I ASKED WHAT THE BILL WOULD BE, THAT THERE WAS A COPAY OF $50?? If they told me they didn't know, or I should check, I would have called Aetna.

That's like telling a customer that a haircut costs $50, then after its done, sticking the customer for a bill for $150.

When I asked to speak to the manager to tell her (Alex) that her front people were giving people wrong information and what they SHOULD be telling people is that they need to check with their insurance companies, she was very unapologetic and frankly, she didn't seem to care.

If this was any other service, I would complain to the FCC and dispute the charge. But they will go after me and ruin my credit, so I HAVE to pay this bill.

I am so angry - I will NEVER go there again, and you shouldn't go there either. There are tons of urgent cares. Go to a place where people are honest. and won't try to rip you off.
