Hands down the best agency in town. My wife and I have been customers of Joy's for 15 years and have had nothing but excellent experiences all around. Would recommend them to anyone!

I've had State Farm off and on for the past 13 years and I have to be honest, after trying out different companies, the customer service just does not compare. State Farm, especially Joy Estes' office is prompt in regards to response time, competitively priced and far more enjoyable to deal with than any other company. I would choose them over every other company without question and I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Joy and the Staff are all helpful and informative. No matter when I call I know whomever picks up the phone will be prepared to assist me. They time and time again go above and beyond what any normal insurance office would do. I am so grateful to have this team looking after me and my familys needs.

Joy, I am so glad I asked your staff for a referral because I had recently moved to town from Colorado and there is no way I would have found such a great auto repair store on my own! My clutch needed repair and I was concerned it was going to be many of hundreds of dollars to make the needed repairs, but your auto shop charged me a fraction of my anticipated costs. Had I taken the car elsewhere for service, chances are good that my repair bill would have been sky high, especially as a woman! This is just one more reason I have been a State Farm customer for more than 15 years. I've always appreciated the quality of service and the quality agents and their very helpful staff.
