I have used Mike with Dun-Rite services on a number of projects, Rental properties, as well as other investment properties. Gave him designer and project manager license, to totally gut several projects including my own home. They have always turned out beautifully with a modern edge and will use his service on future projects. Highly recommend his services, quality of work is top grade at a a competitive price.

We had Mike update one of our bathrooms. I appreciated his acceptance of our budget. Although he pointed out other areas that could be fixed at the same time, he was not the least bit pushy about getting extra work. He replaced an old surround shower with a completely tiled shower. Although we had a couple of unforeseen issues (not his fault), Mike came back and fixed everything to perfection. I love the end result. We would hire Mike again and have recommended him to friends.

After 4 months of searching for someone to rebuild my 23 year old wooden fence I came upon Mike's ad in the Coffee Cup. I called him, he promptly called back and after a personal visit and a very fair estimate I hired him. His work is absolutely beautiful and his attention to detail is excellent. I will without hesitation have him back for future work. I only wish I could post a photo of his work here, my fence was finished on time and is absolutely gorgeous! Hardly anyone in this valley does wood fence work any more. Mike does!

My wife and I hired Mike and Tom Burch of Dun Rite Construction to complete some home repairs. They completed the work professionally, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. We would happily hire them again for future home repairs and/or improvements.

I hired Michael from Dun-Rite to do a remodel on a home I purchased in Mesa, AZ. He did a kitchen remodel with new cabinets, travertine floors and countertops, back splashes and bar tops. He added a bathroom complete with tile floors, and tub surround, upgraded another bathroom with tile shower surround, countertops and floors, converted a bedroom into a den by adding a large arched entrance. He was really good with the tile setting and his drywall work was very nice. He installed rock work to the front of the home and also painted the interior and exterior of the house. I was thrilled with the finished work and very satisfied with the price. He was very consiencious and polite. I would hire him again without hesitation. You should give him a call. He's an honest hardworking young man.

I have used Mike for a travertine tile job and regular tile work. Both jobs turned out fantastic. My travertine job was not easy since the concrete floor was sooooo uneven, but Mike did the job well even with the extra thinset and labor it took. We are going to call him back to do our kitchen backsplash and some painting. Trustworthy, dependable, and cares about the detail!

I needed some cosmetic work done to my house that was just too much for me. I called Mike about a free estimate to see about pulling up flooring and tiling 3 rooms and a hallway. When he came to my house we discussed everything together and he really seemed honest and fair. He tiled those three rooms for me and they looked wonderful! Then a few months later, I asked him back to lay hard wood upstairs. He gave me a great deal being a repeat customer and even pointed out a leaky toilet in the bathroom we hadn't noticed, and he replaced that was a good deal since it wasn't part of the original plan. Then a few months later, I wanted to paint the exterior of my 2 story house and I attempted to start it myself to save money but I just didn't have the time and ability to get it all done. So Mike came over and looked at my half-done paint job and gave me an estimate on it. I wanted it done super fast for a bbq we were having so he even brought in another person to get the ENTIRE thing done in a matter of 3 or 4 days!!! I have always been so pleased with his work and that's why I continue to call him back when a job is too big for myself! He's been patient with me, he can really be trusted, and he does superb work! I'm so glad he got set up on YP so I can share my opinion of him and his company!!! Top notch!

Last year, I bought a house that had been foreclosed on and needed a lot of cosmetic work. I called Mike to see about painting the entire thing, top to bottom. He came in within a few days to do the free estimate and thoroughly discussed the plans, prices, ideas, schedule, etc. Within a few days he was back in the house painting everything we had planned. He seems to take every job personally and expects 110% of himself every time. He was very professional with me and my home and got the job done just as he said he would. We had him back several times after that for other jobs.

I needed a fan put in my guest bedroom that did not have an electrical outlet for it. Mike came out and got everything done and his cost was more then 50% less then what all the electrical contractors wanted to charge and plus they did not want to do any of the drywall or painting work.

I would definitly use him again for other work that needs to be done around the house.
