Dr. Bass is an excellent doctor. Friendly, warm demeanor and likes to relate to her patients personally. Office staff got along well and was equally friendly. I was greeted as I walked in the door and the office was beautiful/clean. The Dr. Assistant took me back right away and explained everything in detail so I wasn't afraid of the big machines. The entire experience was smooth and I enjoyed how both opticians were playful amongst eachother, knowledgeable, and helpful to me. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bass gave a very good exam and I was very happy. It is the office staff that you have to watch out for. Because I was so happy, I sent my mom to her as well. However they used the fact that is elderly to their advantage. They told her that her insurance would not cover her glasses and instead she should get on some SPECIAL plan of theirs. She was told she had to put down over $300.00 and then had yet another payment later. I could not believe it. I called her insurance to find that the offic...
