My son, having three felony matters and three misdemeanor matters was represented by Dwane Cates, Esq. Mr. Cates was able to prevent the third misdemeanor from becoming a felony. After the initial DUI consultation with Mr Cates, I left his office feeling pretty good about retaining him for my case. I soon realized that he was just telling me what I wanted to hear, and the things we discussed in the consultation were not communicated to his underlings whom represented me in court. For $1800, the price was better than other law offices I researched, but I guess you get what you pay for because Mr Cate's office just did the bare minimum. Probably would have got the same result using a public defender and saved the $1800

I couldnt ask for more, i was moving from CA to GA and got caught up in a boarder inspection right inside AZ. I am from out of state and I hired Dwane to defend a friend who was charged with Aggravated Assault with deadly weopon, a Class 3 Felony, disorderly conduct a Class 6 Felony and felony violation of probation.
