On August 1, 2016 I called my warranty company to report my washer needed repair. In August 3rd, a tech was sent to repair the washer. Instead, he just took my deductible and left. A week later he comes back to repair, and was unable to because of a broken part which needed to be ordered. Today, August 13, 2016, the same tech comes out to finally repair and he said he needed 1 more part to complete the job. He gave us attitude about having to come out on his day off, and he said he won't get paid until the job is complete.

Since the $4.00 part won't be available until Monday, whatbchoice did we have in rescheduling yet again. After the tech left, we were shocked to find this mess.

I'm at a loss for words. I'm very dissapointed.

An Appliance Resource Rescue truck came barreling down our street (31st Avenue just south of Bell Road in Phoenix) at 11:16 this morning (4/5/16) at a speed of at least 45 miles per hour, which is 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. Please be considerate of the health and welfare of people in the community.
